본 문서의 최종 수정일은 2020년 9월 3일이며, 본 문서는 귀하가 더밀크닷컴 서비스를 이용할 때 적용되는 가격 및 결제 정책을 설명합니다. 더밀크닷컴 서비스를 이용함으로써, 귀하는 본 가격 및 결제 정책을 읽고 이해하였으며, 이 정책의 조항들을 준수하겠다고 동의하는 것입니다.
본 문서에 정의되지 않은, 모든 단어의 앞머리가 대문자로 시작하는 용어는 더밀크 서비스 이용약관(http://www.themiilk.com/terms)에 제시된 것과 같은 의미를 가집니다. 더밀크 서비스 이용약관은 참고 문헌으로 본 문서에 포함되었습니다.

1.A. 가격
더밀크 구독료
월간 - 미화 25달러
연간 - 미화 250달러
위 가격은 언제든 변경될 수 있습니다.
1.B. 결제
더밀크에서는 특정 종류의 신용카드를 사용할 수 있으며, 귀하 또는 더밀크가 귀하의 계정을 취소하기 전까지 더밀크는 귀하가 선택한 계정의 종류에 따라 월간 혹은 연간으로 모든 관련 요금을 귀하가 선택한 신용카드에 자동적으로 청구합니다. 해당 계정에 대한 요금은 귀하가 최초로 계정을 개설하기로 선택했을 때 청구되며, 그 이후로는 귀하가 멤버십을 취소하지 않는 한 매달 혹은 매년 (귀하가 선택한 계정의 종류에 따라) 청구됩니다. 계정에 대한 해당 요금은 결제시 전액 지불되어야 하며, 해당 월 또는 해당 년에 부분적으로 사용하고 남은 기간에 대한 환불이나 크레딧 적립은 불가능합니다. 만약 어떤 요금이 적시에 지불되지 않거나, 제공된 신용카드 정보를 이용해 더밀크가 귀하의 거래를 처리할 수 없을 경우에 더밀크가 귀하의 더밀크 계정에 대한 접근권을 취소할 수 있는 권한을 가집니다.
더밀크와의 금전 거래와 관련해 귀하가 제공하는 모든 정보는 정확하고 완전하며 최신의 상태여야 합니다. 귀하는 더밀크 서비스를 통한 구매, 거래 또는 여타의 금전적 거래에 사용된 신용카드, 직불카드 혹은 다른 결제 방법에 의해 발생한 모든 비용을 그러한 청구 행위가 발생하였을 당시의 가격으로 지불하는 것에 동의하는 것입니다. 귀하는 모든 금전적 거래에 수반되는 세금 (그러한 세금이 있는 경우라면) 또한 지불하게 됩니다.
만약 다른 신용카드를 사용하기를 원하거나 현재 신용카드의 유효성이나 유효기간에 변동이 있는 경우에는, 귀하의 계정 설정 페이지에 접속하여 정보를 수정할 수 있습니다. 만약 귀하의 신용카드의 유효기간 만료일이 도래하였음에도 불구하고 신용카드 정보에 대한 수정이 이루어지지 않은 상태에서 귀하가 더밀크 서비스를 계속 이용하는 것은 더밀크로 하여금 해당 신용카드에 계속 청구할 수 있도록 허락한 것으로 간주되며 이로 인해 발생된 미수금액에 대한 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다.
부분 환불
귀하는 더밀크 서비스 계정을 언제든 취소할 수 있습니다. 또한 또한 정기 결제 후 어떠한 콘텐츠도 열람하지 않으신 경우에는 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 전액 환불이 가능합니다. 귀하가 콘텐츠를 열람한 후에 환불을 할 경우, 월간 구독자는 환불이 불가능합니다. 연간 구독자는 취소 수수료(총 결제 금액의 10%)와 취소 시점의 멤버십 이용 개월수 * 1개월 멤버십 금액을 제외한 결제 금액을 환불받을 수 있습니다.
2. 계정의 취소
귀하의 더밀크 서비스 계정은 귀하가 계정을 취소하거나 더밀크가 종료시키지 않는 한 그 이전까지는 계속해서 효력이 유지됩니다. 다음 달이나 다음 해의 요금이 귀하의 신용카드에 청구되는 것을 피하기 위해서는 매달 또는 매년 그 다음 결제가 갱신되기 전에 (귀하가 선택한 계정의 종류에 따라) 계정을 취소해야 합니다. 더밀크는 귀하의 계정과 관련된 월간/연간 비용(관련 세금 포함)을 등록 과정에서 귀하가 제공한 신용카드 또는 계정 정보를 변경한 경우에는 수정된 신용카드로 청구합니다.
3. 가격 및 결제 정책의 변경
더밀크는 당사가 영위하는 사업과 관행의 변화를 반영하기 위해 때때로 당사의 재량에 따라 독자적으로 본 가격 및 결제 정책을 변경하거나 갱신할 수 있으므로, 귀하는 이 페이지를 주기적으로 검토해야 합니다. 당사가 구체적으로 정책을 실제 변경할 때는 귀하에게 변경사항을 알려 드리고 본 문서의 상단부에 기재된 ‘최종 수정일’을 갱신할 것입니다.
3.A. 특가 판매
더밀크는 특정 자격을 갖춘 집단에 특가로 판매할 수 있습니다. 만약 귀하가 특가 판매 대상으로서 자격을 갖추고 특가 판매를 통해 구독한 경우에는 구독 시점으로부터 1년 동안 제시된 특가 요금을 적용받게 되며, 그 기간 이후에는 자동적으로 정상 가격으로 전환되어 구독이 갱신됩니다.

Pricing and Payment Terms
These Pricing and Payment Terms were last modified on September 3, 2020 and explain our pricing and payment terms which allow you to use our the Service. By using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Pricing and Payment Terms.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in the Pricing and Payment Terms have the meaning given them in The Miilk, Inc.’s Terms of Service (http://www.themiilk.com/terms). The Miilk, Inc. Terms of Service are hereby incorporated by reference.
1. Services
1.A. Pricing
The Miilk Subscriptions
Monthly – $25
Annually – $250
Prices are subject to change.
1.B. Payment
The Miilk, Inc. accepts certain credit cards and will automatically charge your selected credit card for all applicable fees on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on which account you select, until you or we cancel your account. The account fee will be billed when you first choose to open an account and each month or year (depending on which account you select) thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. Account charges are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds or credits for partially used months or years, as applicable. If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or The Miilk, Inc. is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, The Miilk, Inc. reserves the right to revoke access to your The Miilk, Inc. account.
All information that you provide in connection with a monetary transaction through the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction through the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any monetary transactions.
If you want to use a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your information by accessing your account setting page. If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the The Miilk, Inc. constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.
Partial Refunds
You can cancel your The Miilk, Inc. account at any time; in addition, a full refund is available within 7 days of the payment data if you have not read any contents after the regular payment. If you make a refund after reading the contents, the monthly subscriber cannot get a refund. Annual Subscribers can receive a refund of the payment amount excluding the cancelation fee(10% of the total payment amount) and the number of months of membership use at the time of cancellation * 1 month membership amount.
2. Canceling Your Account
Your The Miilk, Inc. account will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your account, or we terminate it. You must cancel your account before it renews each month or year (depending on which account you select) in order to avoid billing of the next month’s/year’s fees to your credit card. The Miilk, Inc. will bill the monthly/yearly fees associated with your account plus any applicable tax to the credit card you provide to us during registration (or to a different credit card if you change your account information).
3. Changes to the Pricing and Payment Terms
The Miilk, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, modify or update these Pricing and Payment Terms from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices, and so you should review this page periodically. When we change the policy in a material manner we will let you know and update the ‘last modified’ date at the top of this page.
3.A. Special offers
The Miilk may enable special offers for certain eligible groups. If you qualify and subscribe through a special offer, you will be billed the advertised special rate for one year and automatically renewed at the regular rate after that.
