Vueron Debuts X Prospector, a Self-Evolving Autonomous-Driving AI
Debuting at CES 2027, X Prospector closes the loop between driving and model retraining—so perception AI keeps improving without manual data collection or labeling
SEOUL, South Korea, Aug. 19, 2026 — Vueron Technology, a global LiDAR software company with deployments across the automotive, logistics, and infrastructure sectors, today announced X Prospector™, a self-evolving perception platform for autonomous driving (AD) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), debuting at CES 2027 in the Vehicle Tech & Advanced Mobility category.
A Recurring Cost the Industry Hasn't Solved
Conventional autonomous-driving perception is frozen the moment it ships. Every new city, weather condition, or unfamiliar object means another cycle of data collection, manual labeling, and re-tuning—a manual bottleneck that developers repeat every time a fleet grows.
What Is X Prospector
X Prospector closes that loop on its own. Built around a high-precision, multi-sensor system—LiDAR, camera, and radar—the vehicle collects data as it drives and auto-labels the frames that matter at the edge, with roughly 100-millisecond real-time inference. Over Wi-Fi, that data uploads to X Factory™, Vueron's cloud engine, which retrains on what comes in. The improved model redeploys itself to the fleet, where it starts collecting again. Accuracy compounds with every mile, in the field, without operators.
Because the software isn't locked to a specific sensor or hardware configuration, the same core can run across different vehicle bodies and sensor layouts.
Operators monitor the full pipeline—drive, collect, upload, label, train, deploy—through the X Prospector Console, a single-screen interface combining a point-cloud viewer, a data-collection map, and a performance-trend chart.
"We are strengthening strategic partnerships with global automakers and mobility platform companies," said Joseph Kim, CEO of Vueron Technology. "Starting this year, we will move quickly to establish X Prospector and the rest of Vueron's technology as a global standard."
Key Features:
Closed-loop retraining via X Factory, with no manual annotation required
Sensor-agnostic edge inference at ~100ms
Single-console monitoring across the full data-to-deployment pipeline
Subscription-based delivery; patent-pending
Planned market release in early January 2027
X Prospector arrives on the strength of back-to-back CES recognition: a CES 2026 Innovation Award for VueX, Vueron's integrated LiDAR AI development platform, and a CES 2024 Innovation Award for Smart Crowd Analytics. Vueron also holds ASPICE Capability Level 2 certification and is an AWS-authorized software supplier.
