INTEROCEAN's Gravity seats users behind a transparent front and links to a session-feedback platform targeted for completion by early 2027

BUSAN, South Korea — Hyperbaric protocols depend on what each user can tolerate, yet those session details rarely follow the user between operators. INTEROCEAN Co., Ltd. is closing that gap with Gravity, a seated chamber paired with a feedback-driven platform.

Ear Pressure and Enclosure Drive the Redesign

Comfort in hyperbaric oxygen therapy turns on variables that differ by person: difficulty equalizing ear pressure, perceived humidity and temperature. Tolerance, goals and post-session responses vary too, and without a structured longitudinal record those differences slip away between sessions, locations and operators. Gravity seats the user upright behind a wide transparent front, preserving a visual connection to the room while the operator observes and communicates throughout. Pressure, oxygen delivery and safety functions carry over from INTEROCEAN's earlier chambers; what changes is the open seated form and the workflow attached to it.

Each Session Informs the Next Protocol

The companion web platform, targeted for completion between late 2026 and early 2027, pairs session parameters entered by the user or operator with feedback on ear-pressure equalization, humidity, temperature and self-reported outcomes. A recommendation engine draws on that record to propose pressure, duration and frequency matched to individual tolerance and goals such as recovery, performance and healthy aging. With the user's consent, that history could reach authorized operators at participating INTEROCEAN-equipped locations, giving each visit a defined starting point. The first release runs on mobile browsers without connecting to the chamber, and the recommendations support rather than replace trained operators and clinicians.

"The next step in hyperbaric care is not simply adding more pressure or more hardware. It is helping each person find a protocol they can tolerate consistently and that matches the outcome they are seeking," said Jae Ick Chae, CEO of INTEROCEAN. "Gravity combines a more open seated experience with a digital workflow designed to learn from comfort and session feedback, while keeping qualified professionals in the decision loop."

INTEROCEAN chambers operate at about 300 hospitals and other sites across Korea, by the company's count, and its sports chambers support recovery programs at the Jincheon National Training Center and the Korea Institute of Sport Science. The company will show Gravity at CES 2027 in Las Vegas, at the Busan Pavilion inside the Global Pavilion.
